  • Sale of three prime Central London pubs for Stonegate Pub Company, the TDR Capital-backed group to CBRE Global Investors, as part of a sale and leaseback process.
  • On behalf of Enterprise Inns, sale of a portfolio of 22 commercial properties, comprising 17 pubs and five convenience stores for a sum of £20 million. The properties are located across the UK, and contain a mixture of both multiple and individual operators, with 17 different tenants in total.
  • On behalf of LaSalle Investment Management, acquisition of a 6-strong nationwide pub portfolio for a sum of £17.8 million. The pubs were all let on long leases to subsidiaries of either Stonegate Pub Company, Spirit Pub Company or Punch Partnership, and the portfolio possessed a weighted average unexpired lease term of over 25 years.
  • Sale of a portfolio of two prime London pubs, for £13.5 million to a private European investor; the Two Chairmen, St James’s Park; and the Goat Tavern, Kensington High Street.
  • Investment sale of the Nellie Dean, iconic pub on Dean Street, Soho for an undisclosed sum.
  • Investment acquisition of Saracens Head, Bath’s oldest pub for circa £3 million.
  • Investment sale of ASK restaurant, Cranleigh, a mixed use property comprising a restaurant and two residential units.
  • Investment acquisition of Queens House, a prime mixed-use leisure, retail and office investment in Exeter City Centre.
  • Investment acquisition of a flagship leisure investment in Newcastle Upon Tyne let to Miller & Carter, for £2.85 million in an off-market transaction.
  • Investment sale of famous pub and music venue, The Bedford in Balham for a consideration of c.£7 million.
  • Investment sale of Broadway Bar & Grill, Fulham for a consideration of £8 million. It comprises a public house and private members club.
  • Investment sale of Yates's, Wolverhampton on behalf of C2 Capital for £3.6 million to a private investor, let to Hops Pub Company, guaranteed by Stonegate Pub Company.
  • Disposal of The Regent, 201-203 Liverpool Road, Islington, for £2.8million.
  • Investment sale of Cote Restaurant, Parsons Green, South West London to a Cambridge College for £3.75million.
  • Investment acquisition of Black and Blue, Marylebone, London, with five apartments above on long leases, for £6.5million.
