3 Freehold Sites for Cavendish Bar Group on the Market

Freeholds of three venues run by Cavendish Bars for the past two years have been put up for sale.

Matterhorn Capital, the property firm, has instructed Davis Coffer Lyons to sell the sites.

The portfolio includes Tom Peppers, a late-night seafront bar in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. Offers in excess of £1.4m are being invited.

Vice Versa in Loughborough, Leicestershire, a two-floor bar with a 4am licence, is on the market for £950,000. Faith in central Peterborough, a 600-capacity venue with a 6am licence, is up for £600,000.
