BII Seminar for Prospective Licencees: 15 November

The BII is to hold a seminar next month, with the help of Downs Solicitors LLP, to offer support and advice to anyone thinking of taking on a pub. DCL’s Dan Mackernan will give an explanation of rental and capital valuations, to help you understand what your pub is really worth.

A panel of experts will outline all the legal and licensing information needed for prospective licensees at the event, to be held on Tuesday 15 November at the Stoke Pub, Guildford, Surrey.
