Coffer Corporate Leisure’s Success Leads to Expansion

Coffer Corporate Leisure – the only dedicated property investment and mergers & acquisitions advisor to the leisure industry – has expanded following a highly successful year which has seen it advising on over £1 billion of deals since last summer.
This surge in activity lead to the appointment of a new research analyst Samantha Hinkley, who joins Coffer Corporate Leisure having graduated from University of Leeds in the summer of 2014 with a joint honours degree in Mathematics and Statistics. She will provide research and analysis support to the team on a range of investment and corporate transactions within the leisure and hospitality sectors.

Coffer Corporate Leisure have also completed a number of London freehold investment transactions recently.
The company completed the sale of the freehold of 60 St John’s Wood High Street, let to Carluccio’s, on behalf of a private consortium to Attleborough Estates Limited for £4.25m. Acquired the freehold of 68-69 Upper Street, Islington – trading a Wahaca – on behalf of London and Strategic Estates, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sapcote Group PLC for a consideration of £3.75 million. It also advised London Global Real Estate on its sale of the freehold of 20 Homer Street in Marylebone, W1, home to Italian restaurant Briciole, to Wesley Properties for £1.75m.
