Successful chain-brands Cote and Bills have continued their aggressive expansions by taking an approximately 5,500 sq ft corner unit on Cornhill in the heart of Bury St Edmunds. The operators will split the unit each occupying 1,500 sq ft at ground floor level.
The property is in a highly prominent location in the very centre of the town and is surrounded by a host of other leisure operators including Benson Blakes Bar & Grill, The Grapes Public House, The Karooze Bar and McDonalds.
