Davis Coffer Lyons Welcomes Callum Roxburgh

Leisure property specialists Davis Coffer Lyons has appointed Callum Roxburgh as a Junior Surveyor to its Valuation team.
Callum has joined from Avison Young. Callum assists the team providing valuation advice on pubs, restaurants, care homes and children’s nurseries throughout the UK to many of DCL’s most trusted clients including various stakeholders across the leisure industry, owners, operators and lenders and large private property funds on transactions involving national and international hotel and leisure brands.
The Valuation team is headed up by Executive Director Trevor Watson. Watson commented, “These are exciting times for DCL’s professional division and I am delighted to welcome Callum. He joins some of the leisure sector’s most experienced valuation advisers, dealing with restaurants, pubs, hotels, care homes, nurseries and licensed premised throughout the UK. He will assist with providing advice to many of DCL’s most trusted clients including various stakeholders across the leisure industry, owners, operators and lenders such as Barclays, Stonegate, HSBC and others on transactions involving national and international hotel and leisure brands.”
Callum completed a Masters Real Estate degree at Glasgow University in 2018, having previously worked in financial services.
