DCL Appointed To Sell the Boadecia in Clerkenwell

Davis Coffer Lyons’ Pubs team has been appointed on the leasehold sale of The Boadecia pub in London’s bustling Clerkenwell, on the corner of St. John Street and Wynatt Street, on behalf of a private client.

The pub property, comprising 3,900 sq ft and boasting a spacious bar with function and outdoor areas, 2am license, is located close to several campuses of City University London.
