DCL Completes Sale of the Mansion Pub to Capital Pub Company

On behalf of LNL Estates ltd, Davis Coffer Lyons has completed the Freehold sale of The Mansion pub in Dulwich, South East London, to The Capital Pub Company.
Located on Gypsy Hill, the 3,000 sq ft property was sold for £1.55million. LNL Estates ltd purchased the premises from Punch Taverns in 2009 with the leasehold interest. In addition to the ground floor trading area the property benefits from a substantial beer garden, the premises also has planning permission for four private residential flats on the upper floors of the property.
Paul Tallentyre who acted on behalf of LNL Estates said This is a great transaction; we had a number of parties all interested in the property resulting in achieving above asking price. The market is really buoyant at the moment, particularly in the South East and this deal marks a great end to a strong financial year for the pubs team.
