Deal Completed at La Cloche at the Lion Pub in Teddington

The specialist pubs and bars team at niche leisure property advisers, Davis Coffer Lyons, has assigned the leasehold interest of La Cloche at the Lion pub in Teddington, Twickenham.
The lease has been assigned to leisure and hotels entrepreneur, Tommy Moran, of Moran Hospitality. The premises are held on the remainder of a 15 year Enterprise Inns FRI lease which has ten years remaining, at a passing rent of £41,402 per annum. It was purchased from a private vendor off an asking price of £250,000 premium.
The end terrace, corner premises comprise circa 3,509 sq ft, seating 300 covers including the large beer garden. It is arranged over three storeys which includes a four bedroom accommodation on the first floor.
