On behalf of independent operator, Sot Sotirou, Davis Coffer Lyons has completed the leasehold sale of 16 The Green, Winchmore Hill, London N21 to George Stavrou, for a new start-up restaurant / take-away called Greek on the Green.
A new 15 year lease was granted for the 1,750 sq ft A3 refurbished shell unit over ground floor and basement, agreed at a passing rent of £30,000 per annum exclusive.
Greek on the Green joins this affluent North London suburb with a critical mass of shops, restaurants and pubs including the Geronimo Inns The Kings Head.
