Historic Wiltshire Pub on the Market for £900,000

Specialist leisure property advisers, Davis Coffer Lyons, on behalf of a private client, has been instructed to sell The Barge Inn at Honeystreet, near Pewsey, Wiltshire off a guide price of £900,000.

The three-storey, Grade II-listed pub which offers open plan seating for up to 60 customers plus an attractive canal-side beer garden, and dates back to the 1800s. The land also includes a one-acre camping and caravan site which is located in the grounds, as well as a newly-built 3,500 sq ft oak barn, which could be converted into holiday accommodation subject to planning consent.
