Leading Leisure Agency Expands

Davis Coffer Lyons – the leisure specialists – has appointed four new members of staff, across a number of business divisions, to join its team of leisure sector experts.

To its Development and London Estate Leasing team, Davis Coffer Lyons has appointed Holly Dwyer, who joins the firm from premium office space provider Landmark Plc. Holly graduated from The University of the West of England in Bristol in 2010 where she studied Property Management and Investment.

The Pubs and Bars team welcomes Jamie Harvie-Austin who joins from The Noble Harris Partnership, where he spent a year as an acquisitions negotiator working on a range of property types including office, retail and industrial. Jamie graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate in 2013.

There are two new appointments who will work across the company’s Valuations and Landlord & Tenants teams.

Helena Gleeson joins from Colliers International where she spent almost two years within the Hotel Valuation and Commercial Lease Consultancy Teams. She graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a distinction in her Master’s degree in Real Estate in 2012, which followed a four year sandwich degree in Management Sciences BSc (Hons) at Loughborough University.

Tom Smith has over 16 months experience within the Lease Consultancy Team at Rapleys. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2010 having completed a 4 year sandwich degree in BSc (Hons) Real Estate Management. Both Tom and Helena are working towards their APCs, which they aim to complete next year (2015).
