New F&B Additions at Revamped Meadowhall Shopping Centre

September 5, 2011

Harvester, Krispy Kreme, and Nosh will be opening new outlets at Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield in October. The centre, owned by British Land and London and Stamford has welcomed several new restaurant brands in 2011 including Chaobaby, Las Iguanas and Giraffe, who have all taken space at Meadowhall’s revamped Oasis Dining Quarter and the Arcade, which is on target for completion in October.

British Land’s Claire Barber, Asset Manager for Meadowhall, said about the recent signings: “We are very pleased to welcome such a strong group of restaurants to Meadowhall. We are working hard to create a high quality dining experience and are very excited to see how our customers will respond in October.”

Alice Keown, Davis Coffer Lyons, added: “As part of upgrading the Centre, it is important to us to offer customers a range of grazing options around the mall in tandem with improvements within the restaurant quarter. The new signings at Meadowhall reflect the UK’s most popular brands at the moment and these, together with the huge refurbishment of the Oasis Dining Quarter, will really raise the standard of our catering offer, which is playing an increasingly key role in driving both footfall and sales at the centre.”

Davis Coffer Lyons and Smith Young advise British Land and London and Stamford on its food and beverage offer.
