New from Drake and Morgan: The Listing, Cannon Green

On behalf of the landlord Ocubis, Davis Coffer Lyons has recently secured a deal at its Cannon Green scheme near Cannon Street in the City of London.

Bar and restaurant group, Drake & Morgan, will open The Listing, a dramatic double height glazed 7,319 sq ft space on 6 November within the 82,000 sq ft mixed-use modern office and retail space. The space also includes a year-round al fresco terrace overlooking Suffolk Lane and provides an additional 26 covers. It will be Drake & Morgan’s 22nd venue

Open Monday to Friday from 730am until midnight, The Listing’s extensive menu will feature innovative breakfast dishes, stylish small plates, flatbreads and sharing boards, superfood salads and substantial mains. An extensive drinks list includes a wide range of carefully curated, bespoke cocktails and a new range of hot toddies as well as wines, champagnes, premium spirits and craft beers.
