New Greek Operator for Notting Hill

Davis Coffer Lyons has secured a new deal at 12-14 Hillgate Street in Notting Hill, to Greek restaurant partnership with Ergon a Greek fine food producer.
Ergon has taken a new lease for a 15 year term at the ground floor and basement property, formerly home to Costas Grill. A premium was secured at the site at a rent of £90,000 per annum exclusive. The 2,831 sq ft A3 property is located close to Notting Hill Gate tube station and the famous Portobello Road market. Nearby operators include Le Pain Quotidien, Caffe Nero, Feng Sushi and Pret a Manger.

Davis Coffer Lyons has also recently secured a deal at the former Fat Badger pub on Londons Portobello Road, to Soho House Group for the expansion of its pizzeria offering, Pizza East.
