New Restaurant Opportunities Available at Swansea Leisure Quarter

A new restaurant and leisure quarter in the centre of Swansea, The City Gates, has launched to the market two new A3 restaurant opportunities.
On behalf of the landlord, specialist leisure property agents Davis Coffer Lyons is offering the units with flexible sizes ranging from 3,010 sq ft 15,715 sq ft, to complement the already impressive range of leisure amenities on site, including a 12-screen Vue multiplex, a 116 bed Premier Inn, and a selection of national and regional restaurants including TGIs, Frankie & Bennys, Chiquitos, Nandos, Smoke Haus and Jimmys, plus a cocktail bar and nightclub operated by The Deltic Group.
