The King Alfred pub in Winchester has been placed on the market through Davis Coffer Lyons’ Pubs and Bars team. Leasehold offers of £99,950 are being sought on behalf of the private operators for the characterful, detached property which also includes five recently refurbished en-suite letting rooms.

The premises includes an open plan trading areas with seating for circa 84, and a large and attractive beer garden. The two storey pub is located close to Winchester High Street and the city centre, a short walk to River Park Leisure Centre and North Walls recreation ground.
