January 28, 2014

Isis Equity Partners-backed Vietnamese street food operator Pho is to open its latest restaurant in Chiswick after DCL – the leisure specialists – acquired a new site on Chiswick High Road. The popular fast-casual chain led by Stephen and Juliette Wall has taken a 2,540 sq ft unit on a new 20 year lease at a rent rising to £75,000 pa.

As well as serving the popular noodle soup after which it is named after, Pho will also serves a delicious range of Vietnamese delicacies all prepared in house and from the highest quality and freshest ingredients. This will be the groups 10th restaurant.

Rob Meadows of Davis Coffer Lyonssaid: “Pho is on a major expansion drive at the moment as it looks to achieve its aim of 25 sites within four years. Chiswick will be its first restaurant in a suburban location – something we expect to see more of as the chain grows. The new restaurant will be an exciting addition to the Chiswick scene and will benefit greatly from its proximity to a new Picture House cinema which is due to open a couple of doors away later this year.”
