Portfolio of desirable Central London freeholds sold

Davis Coffer Lyons – the leisure specialists – has provided specialist pubs valuation advice to TIAA Henderson Real Estate for its purchase of a portfolio of eight highly desirable Central London public house freeholds, all let to Spirit Pub Company, from Cerberus Capital Management for £54m.

The portfolio includes Shakespeare’s Head on Great Marlborough Street, Friend at Hand in Bloomsbury, The Roebuck in Chiswick, The Rutland in Hammersmith, the Ship in Mortlake, Museum Tavern on Great Russell Street, The Goat on Kensington High Street and The Two Chairmen near St James’s Park.

JLL provided investment advice. CBRE and Christie’s acted for the vendor.
