Rodizio Rico to Open Fourth Site at Birmingham’s Cube

May 13, 2011

Rodizio Rico, the London-based Brazilian restaurant operator, has signed a deal for its first site outside London at Birmingham’s Cube development.

Advising the landlord, Davis Coffer Lyons secured the new tenant for a 7,350 sq ft unit which will seat 250 diners, on the seventh and eighth floors of the development which is set to open in early 2012.

Rodizio Rico already operates four outlets: in Westbourne Grove, Fulham, Islington and at the O2. High-profile chef Marco Pierre White is also due to launch a restaurant at the Cube, with his Steakhouse Bar and Grill set to open on the top floor.

Rob Meadows, Davis Coffer Lyons, said, “The Cube is an iconic development which has been remarkably well received from a design perspective and has been popular with commercial tenants and there is now only one remaining restaurant unit available. The canal-side setting has contributed to the success of The Cube, and Rodizio Rico, with its very unique dining experience provides a very welcome addition to vibrant restaurant scene in this city.”
