Valuations Department Welcomes Over 40 Years of Experience

The Valuation Department at Davis Coffer Lyons – the leisure specialists – has appointed two new Associate Directors who bring with them over 40 years of experience in the leisure property sector. Jonathan Wall returns to the UK after a period in the Middle East heading up the Hospitality Real Estate Advisory throughout the MENA for Deloitte Real Estate and Cameron Wright joins the team having been an Associate Director at Aitchison Raffety.

With over 25 years’ experience Cameron Wright is one of the leisure sector’s most experienced valuation advisors having worked on restaurants, pubs hotels, care homes, nurseries and licensed premised throughout the UK. He has held Associate Director positions at a range of large property consultancies including GVA and JLL.

Jonathan has over 15 years’ experience providing valuation and advisory services in the leisure industry. He has worked within hotel and leisure teams at a number of national real estate consultancies and acted for various stakeholders including owners, operators and lenders such as RBS, Enterprise Inns, Intercontinental Hotels and Whitbread and large private property funds on transactions involving national and international hotel and leisure brands.
