F&B Leasing Underway for the First Phase of South Molton

Leasing is underway for the first phase of South Molton; the West End’s largest mixed-use development and an exciting new neighbourhood at the heart of Mayfair.

Davis Coffer Lyons is delighted to have brought to market 5 new F&B opportunities on South Molton Street; the West End’s largest pedestrianised street, a vibrant gateway running between two world-renowned locations – Oxford Street and Bond Street – and an al fresco destination which will be further enhanced with new greening and landscaping.  The units – which are all under discussion following substantial interest from a range of dynamic operators- range from 130 sq ft to 2,200 sq ft, with sectional handover from October 2025.

South Molton is a 370,000 sq. ft. mixed-use scheme delivering new office space, private and onsite affordable housing, a 5* hotel to be operated by Oberoi – making its UK debut – and new cafes, shops, restaurants, community and leisure space, all stitched together with improved public realm.  At the heart of the project is a 267,000 sq. ft. joint venture between Grosvenor and Mitsui Fudosan UK, that will deliver, two best-in-class office buildings, providing corporate HQ opportunities in one of the West End’s most sought-after locations.

The project will enhance the unique character of Mayfair, preserving historic building façades and retaining the area’s landmarks, including refurbishing The Running Horse pub on Davies Street, whilst investing £8 million in a greener, cleaner more pedestrian-friendly public realm.   South Molton’s homes, work, dining and retail spaces will open in 2027.
