DCL Secures Alley Cats for Battersea Rise

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Davis Coffer Lyons has secured New York style pizzeria Alley Cats as the new tenant for 27 Battersea Rise, formerly home to Soif.
The 1,805 sq ft site – which also benefits from an external terrace – will be the fifth opening for the emerging brand, which has expanded from its Marylebone launch site with openings in Chelsea, Westbourne Grove and Portobello Road. It forms part of Noble Hospitality Group, which is also behind Japanese Peruvian concept Chotto Matte and Steak & Co.
A rent of £85,000 pax was achieved for a new 20 year lease, more than 10% over asking. Davis Coffer Lyons’ Paul Tallentyre commented “Multiple bids were received for this prime site in a popular pitch, reflecting the enduring appeal of this affluent neighbourhood location which attracts many young professionals and families.”
