Creature Comforts Brought to Mill Hill

Acting on behalf of the landlord, DCL has delivered state-of-the-art veterinary clinic Creature Comforts to take the place of the former Prezzo on Mill Hill Broadway.
Numerous offers were received from a range of uses for the 4,000 sq ft site as part of a competitive bidding process, which saw a rent 30% in excess of quoting terms achieved.
97-101 The Broadway will be the eleventh site for Creature Comforts, whose neighbourhood clinics, which operate on a membership basis, are billed as “calming for pets and comfy for humans”. The business, founded by Daniel Attia and Dr Russell Welsh, secured £10 million in seed capital in 2023 to open its first clinics and create a new model for veterinary care. It operates across London and the Home Counties.
DCL acted for the private landlord to let the premises on a new lease. Associate Director Louie Gazdar commented “The competitive nature of the bidding process reflects the strong demand for well-located, substantial premises in affluent neighbourhoods such as Mill Hill, with interest shown by F&B, retail and other occupiers”.
