Hospitality Entrepreneur Patrick Frawley to launch first Irish pub in Marylebone
July 8, 2025

Hospitality entrepreneur Patrick Frawley, founder of East London Pub Co, returns with a new venture: the West London Pub Co, bringing a bold new chapter to Marylebone with the revival of a beloved West London pub — reimagined through the lens of Irish warmth, storytelling, and style.
The company has acquired its first site “The Beehive”, just steps from Baker Street and Marylebone stations. The venue’s 1,700 sq ft of character-filled space will soon be infused with the unmistakable charm that Frawley has become known for. With a legacy of breathing life into historic spaces, Patrick’s vision is both respectful and bold: an elegant Irish pub experience where hospitality, heritage, and heart take centre stage. Guests can expect perfect Guinness, fresh oysters, live music, and an atmosphere steeped in story — a tribute to both the building’s storied past and Ireland’s great pub tradition.
The space will be full of character and comfort, with low-lit corners, warm finishes, and an atmosphere designed for long evenings, good company, and even better stories.
“We’re creating something timeless,” says Frawley. “A space that honours its history while bringing a fresh Irish spirit to the neighbourhood. Think old-world charm with a touch of Irish mischief. It’s the kind of place where you come in for one, stay for five, and leave with at least two new friends and a favourite seat.”
Renovations are now underway, with opening details, exclusive previews, and launch events to be announced in the coming weeks. One thing is certain: Irish hospitality has found its new home in Marylebone.
Paul Tallentyre from Davis Coffer Lyons acted on the off-market transaction. The site has attracted significant interest, highlighting the strong demand for well-located leasehold pubs in central London.
