Leisure property specialist Davis Coffer Lyons has been appointed by the owners of The Savoy to source an exciting new operator for one of London’s oldest restaurants – Simpsons on the Strand – which dates back to 1828.
Situated on the Strand, part of burgeoning Covent Garden, and adjacent to the world famous Savoy Hotel, this opportunity provides 20,000 sq ft over 4 floors in a series of historic rooms with flexible planning to allow a host of hospitality uses.
