DCL brings prime pub portfolio to the market

June 30, 2022

A collection of prime pub freehold opportunities has been brought to the market through leading leisure property advisor Davis Coffer Lyons.

The prestigious portfolio comprises four renowned public houses, located in extremely affluent locations across Central London and the South East.

DCL’s highly-rated pubs team, led by executive director Paul Tallentyre, will be offering the properties with vacant possession, with three of the properties offering excellent development potential.

The portfolio includes: The Black Cap on Camden High Street, NW1; The Sir Richard Steele on Haverstock Hill, NW3; The Warrington in Maida Vale, W9 and the Dog & Badger in Marlow.

Tallentyre said: “This is a truly unique opportunity to acquire prestigious properties in prime locations, yet with demonstrable growth potential and high demand from operators. With a lack of supply and huge demand from investors, we are expecting extremely competitive bidding.”

The pubs are being offered on a portfolio or individual basis for in excess of £20m.

Tallentyre added: “we are inundated with demand from investors seeking pub opportunities, which further demonstrates the sector’s desirability and resilience in the context of wider market conditions.”
