Market Taverns acquires popular Putney Pub, The Spencer Arms

Market Taverns Pub Company, a group of 12 pubs has acquired The Spencer Arms in Putney from The Small & Friendly Pub Company Limited.
Market Taverns plan to continue to utilise the pub’s great location on Putney Common and continue to provide benches on the common for locals to use. They will continue to change the beers available and remain supportive of local breweries.
The property was acquired as a going concern with a substantial premium having been paid.
