The Spencer Arms joins Market Tavern’s collection of London Pubs

London operator Market Taverns has added Putney’s The Spencer Arms to its collection of charming British pubs. DCL achieved a substantial premium for the lease, which was assigned to the group in the summer.
The pub on Putney Common has since reopened as a community hub for locals, serving some of the best real ales in south west London and fresh, seasonal British dishes. The group’s other pubs – which each have their own unique look and feel – include The Market Porter in Borough Market and The Lady Ottoline in Bloomsbury.
DCL acted for both parties fees were split equally.
