Mark Sheehan has led many corporate projects across the leisure sector and advised operators and investors on projects worth in excess of £3 billion. He has wide experience including disposals and acquisitions, and has advised on multiple transactions across sectors including Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Bars, Health Clubs, Retail and Care.
He also has considerable experience in the property investment market, focusing on sale and leaseback and leisure investment transactions. He has advised on numerous portfolio transactions involving clients such as TDR Capital, Ei Group (formerly Enterprise Inns), Stonegate Pub Company, David Lloyd Leisure, Caprice Group, Orchard Care Homes and many institutions and overseas buyers. Mark often advises private equity owners of businesses on unlocking property value from their portfolio businesses,
Mark spent 11 years at specialist leisure advisers Christie & Co where he was a Senior Director. He headed up the investment division and was also responsible for the leisure and development team based in London.
Mark joined David Coffer to set up Coffer Corporate Leisure in 2005.
Mark is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
